White Powder Prompts Lockdown At Capitol

White powder prompts lockdown at Capitol

The state Capitol is now on lockdown after a suspicious package reportedly containing white powder was found - with no one else being allowed inside the building as the investigation continues. Officials say similiar deliveries have been made at 14 other state capitols.
