Suspicious letters received at Lt Governor's offices in USVI

ST THOMAS, USVI: Suspicious letters containing a white powdery substance were received on Thursday at the offices of the US Virgin Islands Lt. Governor on St Thomas and St Croix. The incident on St Thomas was reported at 12:30 pm and disrupted operations as the building on Government Hill was locked down.

I am glad that this was just another hoax. I think that someone is doing this deliberately. Soon they will start replacing the flour with something more dangerous. All these letters is just getting people used to them coming and being harmless.
