PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands: A plane carrying 11 passengers has reportedly gone missing off the coast of the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI). The flight is thought to have originated in Santa Domingo in the Dominican Republic with a final destination in Managua, Bahamas.
