The death toll has risen to 84 with 18 in critical condition. France has extended their state of emergency by an extra 3 months and called for 3 days of mourning.

This is sad that it happened. But it also proves that we need to be aware of what is going on around us. It also shows that a person wanting to kill people will find any means available and not necessary use a gun, knife or bomb.
The time for peace is here and we need to find a way to talk to each other in a way to solve this violence. Working together with everyone we can come up with a means to weed out these people and make sure they do not harm anyone.

The sad thing about this is many of the injured in hospital are children. While its is terrible that this is happening in France it happens everyday to children all over the world in war zones and they are not as highlighted. It stands out in France because France is not supposed to be a war zone, at least its not supposed to be.

Paris prosecutor says Nice attack was premeditated; driver conducted searches on ISIL and Orlando shooting
Prosecutor Francois Molins, who runs the country's terrorism investigations, said Mohamed Bouhlel, the driver of the truck that killed 84 people during a Bastille Day celebration in Nice, France, plotted the attack. Molins also said that a review of Bouhel's computer and phone revealed online searches related to the Islamic State and the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Fla., the Associated Press reported. The man who drove a truck into a crowd in Nice, France, killing 84 people, plotted his July 14 attack for months with "Support and accomplices," a French prosecutor said.
Authorities are investigating five suspects who are in custody for their alleged roles in helping the attacker, Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel.
One suspect allegedly sent Bouhlel a Facebook message saying, "Load the truck with tons of iron and cut the brakes." Ref. CNN.
