Little by little they are trying to change our way of life. Terrorists hope that by conducting these attacks we restrict our freedoms to the point where we force our governments to stop being active in the Middle East.

You have to remember that the use of terror to get what you want has never gone over well with the general populace. Granted they may go with it as they are non combatives but they are always looking for someone to come change things for them. I think that these terroristic plans are short sighted and will not get the changes they want. I still do not understand why they are attacking the French. I can only assume it is their testing ground.

They attack France because they are our allies and were one of the first countries to offer help after 911. In addition, France has a very large Arab population that immigrated there when France was a colonial power. Most of this population never really assimilated and it is a perfect recruiting grounds.

So yes it is a testing ground. France having a large Arab population that never quite tried to fit in as a means to recruit more terrorist and to take over one country to make it like their homeland will not spell good things for the rest of the European countries.

Sounds like he was made a terrorist when in prison. He already showed people that he was violent and dangerous. Not to much of a step to be a terrorist.

France doesn't seem to be able to put to rest the terror attacks. Now they are outright being open in their targeting the policemen right in the capital and just before elections.

It is sad that one would target and kill the peace keepers of the world. Many people look to the peace keepers to keep them safe but when the police are attacked who do they turn to, to help them stay safe? I wonder who will take credit for this attack.
