Moncef Slaoui, ex-chief of Operation Warp Speed who led COVID vaccine development in US, fired by GlaxoSmithKline for sexual harassment. Slaoui, who was tapped by the Trump administration to co-lead the country's COVID-19 vaccine effort, was fired after the drugmaker's internal investigation "Substantiated" allegations of sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct.
