Russia seems to be patrolling the Western Hemisphere a lot these days. Military exercises in Venezuela, browsing the Panama canal and now a visit to Cuba. The news report called it "Russia visiting their sphere of influence". I wonder how the US feels seeing Russian military hardware inching closer and closer to her borders?
