CHRISTIANSTED, USVI: In the aftermath of Hurricane Omar, the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the US Virgin Islands' Office of Management and Budget received more than 60 requests for public assistance to substantially defray costs of recovering from Hurricane Omar.
