Storms Canada

That is the storm that moved through my area the day before. I was a interesting storm and it picked up more of a punch as it moved over the waters of the great lakes. Many people in the eastern parts of the US and Canada will be digging themselves out for the next few days. Another storm is coming in right on its heels. We are getting it today. There are blizzard warnings just north of me.

Just to be fair here we hardly got much snow.

QUOTE
which blanketed Toronto with roughly 20 centimeters of snow before tapering off in the evening.

That is less then 10 inches! Almost enough to get stuck in if you have any driving skills at all. The issue I seen In Burlington was the ice under it and a HUGE LACK of SNOW PLOWS cleaning the road and SANDING them.

So really the Mayors should be sent our with bald tires and see if they live to get across town. Maybe they would open up the snow removal budgets before December 21 every year. WE ARE IN CANADA snow starts as early as October why not be ready!

Ever notice you never see these article about Sudbury or Timmins gee I wounder why oh ya they have salters and sander and plows running when it starts snowing not 5 hours later after every one is skidding about!
