Libya's military is more of a collection of militias than a true military organization in its current state. The chain of command only exerts limited control since most of the militias remain under the direct control of their leader. Their equipment is mostly old Soviet era weapons, good, but outdated. Their moral runs the gamut from pretty good to not good at all. I doubt they would hold up for very long against a real military, like that of Egypt.
