SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico: Governor-elect Luis Fortuño said on Tuesday that due to Puerto Rico's fiscal crisis, the financial aid granted to the Commonwealth's political parties each year needs to be drastically cut. The governor elect added that other possible government areas will receive financial cuts.
