I thought it was a eye opening movie. I will try not to give anything away, but all I can say is not everything is as it would seem in this film. This movie teaches the point of what is good and who decides what is good. The main basis for the theme is the reality of the brutality children face each day in a very evil world. Pedophiles, rapist, drug dealers and more are at the very door step of every innocent child, and who will protect them? This is the question asked in this film - who will protect them.

This film will bring out a lot of emotion in you especially if you are a parent of a child. If you have read some of the Threads in the Henious Board about children abductions then this film will be all to familiar.

With regards to the acting - all top notch. I was not aware that Ben Affleck had a brother who was an actor, he did pretty well. I found the profanity to be over done and exaggerated. It could have been just as good without it. This is not a film to watch in a casual manner, make sure you watch it like a detective, asking what happened to the little girl.

I did not know you had this movie to watch. It is based on the Madeleine Mc Cann case and the resemblance of the little girl to Madeleine is amazing. Of course they portrait the parents as victims. They even held back the release of this movie because of an Anniversary on the real case and they did keep in touch with the Mc Canns about it.

I will have to see it and then give it a review.

I did not know all that was considered in the making of the film. Also, if it was based on the story of Madeleine Mc Cann then I will have to wonder if it is in celebration of children or just highlighting the irresponsibility of the parents of Madeleine Mc Cann, anyway - when you see it you can judge everything, but the last part does leave you with a question that many will be debating here for a long time to come I'm sure.
