Should You Invest In Real Estate?
Smart investors who get fabulously rich, always buy when the market is slow, when prices have dropped dramatically, and when the general public is scared. When the market starts to heat up again, the masses come back and start to buy and bid up prices and the real beneficiaries are the intelligent investors who bought when prices were low and everyone else was afraid to buy.
