I have only shaven my chest once. I had to because I burnt some of the hair off and it looked wrong. I have not shaved it since. I am glad the hairy look is back again.

I think translating hair there is rather disturbing also.

My wife does not complain other then she debates shaving my back. If it makes her happy then I would consider shaving or wax but not a permanent thing after all if I live longer then her I can braid it if I like. After all I will be likely be bald by then. Hmmm back hair might be good after all just pull it up. One big sweep over.

My thoughts exactly. Hair on the chest, for me is a huge turnoff. I don't know who's bright idea it was to bring that back into fashion. It just looks unkempt too.
