Extinct Desktops

I do not think that the desk top computer will go away. While it is nice to have a laptop computer to move about with a desk top is still something to have at home. I have three laptops in my household so far. The kids enjoy them and can take them with them when we go places. Having the desk top model that I have I find it has more memory, more RAM and it is easier to use. Building a bigger model with the desk top models that I have will allow me even more memory for the whole family to use.
