GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands (GIS): Efforts to craft a new constitution to govern Cayman’s relationship with the United Kingdom and a Bill of Rights to entrench citizens’ fundamental rights and freedoms, recommenced on Tuesday and included a UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) delegation.
