It is interesting to read that CARICOM Secretary General, Edwin Carrington has called on regional leaders to accept the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) as the final court. We have entered into another year -- the fourth year since the CCJ was inaugurated -- and no other country has joined Guyana and Barbados.
