Best cat I have nailed is 5lbs, sure it is small for the USA but in cold water how does it fair?

I have used worm, minnows, hamburger, liver among some things. I did find raw meat with loads of blood the best.

Any one know good spots in Ontario? Kitchener is the best I found so far. Oh I forgot one condition I what to eat the fish!

Any tips or hints on bait and hook rigs would be great!
