GEORGETOWN, Guyana: In light of the current global financial crisis, Guyana's main opposition People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) has called on the Bharrat Jagdeo-led administration to act quickly and bring relief to the poor and vulnerable in light of the global economic crisis.
