Comments: I love your SMF custom designs. May I ask how you come up with them? Do you use photoshop to create a .PSD first and then create the theme from that?

It depends on the job. If it is a main site merged into SMF then really the graphics are already there I just have to adjust SMF codes to suit. If it is from scratch then I take some hours visualizing a concept in my mind and then build graphic and codes with no Photoshop or anything like that.

Comments: Our company is looking at using SMF for support services for our customers, mostly to answer their questions about our products. I have two questions; Can SMF work as a support center and can it be converted to look like the home page of our business site so our customers don't feel like they are leaving our domain and going somewhere else?

To answer your first question, yes it can work that way. There are many businesses that use SMF in this same way. For instance if you are selling computers you can establish a board about a certain make and model and have various FAQ and threads (topics) related to it.
