Pet Abandoning
I do not know how someone can just abandon a pet like that. I have pets and I would not just drop them off where they are unsafe if I could no longer look out for nor care for them. When I adopt or bring home a pet it is for their life where they can have a very happy and healthy life.

Yeah, I just don't think I could jump to the defense of someone who abandoned a dog like this. I mean, there are so many other options. Take the dog to shelter, don't just kick it out on the street. That is a heartless thing to do.
