White Man Colder Climates
Why did the white man mostly inhabit and conquer colder regions and left the hotter tropical regions for other colored men?

I do not think the white man left the warmer region for the colder regions. I think all men were of one color as they branched out and explored and then settled other regions. As time went on the pigment of their skin changed and the adapted more to the climate they were in. Over a long period of time you have a mix of colors. We all started out as one now we are just tribes of these ancestors. It does not matter the color of our skin we are all the same.
