I will not use this type of dice. Most of my scenarios are ready to go and I have my own random monster tables.

I can only see using this if you are stummped about which kind of adventure to make using which creature. I'm no gm but thats just the way I see it.

I don't know if such a die will help bring realism to a scenario. If you're in the place where the undead shouldn't be then rolling and getting an undead creature attacking a party wouldn't make much sense.
