Teens these days are getting more and more bubble headed with the use of technology. This new thing "Sexting" where they take pictures of themselves and send it to friends and classmates is the dumbest thing this generation can do. Lawmakers are charging teens who do this under the realm of 'child pornography' even if they are willfully giving their own pictures.

If I am thinking right it is illegal to take pictures and post if you are under 18 or 21 pending on state so nudity is nudity and age does count.

Yes, but in the case of teens sending to teens it is seen in the US as handling child pornography. In the teenager's minds it is OK because it is being shared within the same age circle, how silly can you be.

Here in Trinidad, this is HUGE. At schools, the kids are terrified when teachers take away their cel phones because they're constantly sending and receiving naked pictures of themselves.

I have not heard much in my immediately are about it but I am sure it is done just more discreetly. A teacher here would never be taking a phone from a teen as they would just walk out.

I do not know why they feel they are so worthless to treat them selves that way. I guess I do MTV.
