Living In Trinidad To Living In America?

Comments: How difficult is it to adjust from living in Trinidad to living in America? I have a friend from Trinidad who is considering moving here, but I would like to make sure that the adjustment would be relatively smooth before I can rest easy on the idea. Please! Any feedback from Trini-Americans would be most excellent. Thank you.

What do you mean by "America"? You mean the USA? If that's what you mean, it all depends which state she will move. The weather seem to be an issue for Trinidadians but most of them adjust quickly.
