The stimulus bill is a spending bill. You can not have a stimulus without spending money. I just think the way they are going about this is the wrong way. If you want to encourage spending give the stimulus money to the people. Let the population spend the money to better give a shock that restarts spending.

I think this stimulus bill is going to hurt us in the long run. While it may look good on paper and all I believe that it is going to cause more problems than it helps.
