I have met many people claiming to be clairvoyant, psycho-kinetic and to have the gift of mediumship. But only one lady really impressed me, she was a Wiccan called Bridget; thats all I know about her. She made two tarot readings and called my past Grandmother to join us; I spoke to her even though she had been dead for seven years. It was only years later that I knew the significance of her words.
That's really interesting Harkon..I'm guessing that what she told you came to happen.
I know somebody who goes to see tarot card readers and psychic readers (apologies if this isn't the correct term) and she reckoned that the best ones she ever saw were when she lived in Australia, she said everything came to pass that she was told there.
She has seen many others, but some are more accurate at their predictions and readings than others.
My wife can read a Tarot deck but she requires more confidence and practice.
The use is really for guidance not for actual prophecy.
It depends on the depth of belief in the seeker to how powerful the reading is, this can be used for good or in a negative way.
As a true reader would never look to a set list of interpretations, I think almost all books on the subject are very misleading. The Tarot is a very deep oracle that goes much further than the symbols on the cards.
