A teenager with the mental age of 11 is locked up in police cells after health authorities said they couldn't help her because she isn't mentally ill.

I am glad that they are trying to get her to a place that she can be safe. I know it will be hard as being separated from mom causing high level of anxiety. I hope they can settle her quickly into a routine that is happy to her heart and safe for all.
