Comments: I have been taking Concerta 54mg pills for about a month now and the past two days I have gone without them. I am on here because since yesterday morning I have been having crippling chest/heart pain. Does anyone think it might be because my heart is not used to running at a normal speed since I'm pretty sure it beats a lot faster on Concerta. I'm only 25 and don't want to be stressing my heart already.
