Taken for a ride with all that jazz

It is shameful that CL Communications CEO Tony Maharaj should have sought to blame the allegedly poor response to the now-postponed Plymouth Jazz Festival on the rates charged by some local hotels during its run given that hotel occupancy during the period has never been anything but high, with would-be attendees willing to go even higher just to secure board and lodging.
