Based on what the police described, there is a video and it's chilling to see the poor man trying to get out of the pool on at least 43 times and "she" won't allow him. You can see the man resting his head on the side of the pool while gasping for breath.

Pure and simple: First degree murder. She/he needs to be put to DEATH.

Well, the fact that he tried to leave in 40 something times and this person won't allow him even though he/she is witnessing the victim is not breathing properly is enough proof. Obviously, he/she won't be condemned of first degree murder but probably they will give him/her 5 to 10 years.

I think there will need to be a psychological review to see what the main aim was. I have seen people who hurt others unintentionally through being too bubble headed. A simple example of this is drivers who speed even though the passengers may tell them multiple times to slow down. In the end if a crash happens then they 'wake up' to their gross error.
