Sir Robert Allen Stanford KCN is a billionaire financier of American heritage and Antiguan-Barbudan citizenship. He is also well known as both a sponsor of professional sports and as a philanthropist. A fifth-generation Texan who resides in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, he holds dual citizenship, having become a citizen of Antigua and Barbuda ten years ago. Stanford was the first American to be knighted by that Commonwealth nation[2] and was presented with the honor by the Governor-General of Antigua and Barbuda, Sir James B. Carlisle. Ref. Source 2

I was watching the news and the charges against him are huge! It is a whole international fraudulent CD program amounting to eight billion dollars. His Stanford International Group has been put into the hands of receivers.

Guess what, he can't be found!

I'm sure local Cricketers are saddened by this as this means there is no way for them to get their yearly millions back. Before this all happened it seems that Stanford was heading downhill having angered English players (see photo below).

If Sir Allen Stanford hasn't committed suicide rather than face the music then I'm sure that he has taken enough cash on him to hide out for a very long time. Sad thing is his son. I remember when he brought him to Antigua from Texas to watch a cricket match. That must be so embarrassing to have his father called a 'thief' and 'scammer' now.

That's the thing, people like him does not carry cash around. This was a huge surprise for him since he tried to take a jet to Antigua and he could not because his credit card was rejected. I am pretty sure he is suicidal by now.
