Charging for 911
Do you think that it is a good thing for people in certain cities to be charged a yearly fee (possibly US$50 a year) for the 911 emergency service? Cities are saying that this will enable them to pay for the mounting costs of the service, but tax payers are saying this is what tax is for. Any thoughts about it?
