Well, I wasn't too bad in my prediction. Argentina literally destroyed South Korea 4 - 1. Three of their goals made by number 9 Gonzalo Higuain. He was the star of the game. The first goal for Argentina was a goal made by a Korean player (the ball rebounded on his knee and landed in goal). The only one goal for Korea was a huge mistake of one of the Argentine players.
Korea never had a chance against Argentina.
Will France be the great under achievers this world cup?
FRANCE 0 MEXICO 2
Will Spain join them?
SPAIN 0 SWITZERLAND 1
Mexico v Uruguay will be the one to watch, and can England beat Algeria tomorrow?
They better or the BBC will run out of excuses.
Harkon, I would like your comments for the game between Argentina - South Korea. The Argentine defense is scary, we really need to work on that!
France, not a surprise for me. They are overrated now Spain...that's disappointing.
England will beat Algeria 2-0 and Mexico will beat Uruguay 2-1.
Seems like the Argentines are causing trouble in South Africa with some being caught trying to get into stadiums without tickets and others behaving uncivilized by vandilizing the surrounding hotels where they stay. It made international news so it must be more than just a little rowdiness. Now South African Immigration are in the process of deporting them. Those Argentines don't know how to behave .
JB, you have to bring the bad propaganda here? Anyhow, the issue was one that it was obvious was going to come up. Before the World Cup started the "Barrabravas" of several Argentine team (similar to the Hooligans but much worst) demanded tickets and money to travel to South Africa. Now we're speaking about criminals here who are also football FANATICS and when I say fanatics it goes beyond normality.
Argentina gave a list to South Africa of around 500 of these barrabravas who are not allowed to attend Argentine games after they found out that they landed in South Africa.
