That's Not My Job

If your boss asks you do something that is not part of your work contract is it OK to tell him, "That's Not My Job"?

I tend to do things my boss asks of me even if it is out of my job description. I think letting your boss know you flexible on some work duties will help the company function better.

I have a nice added line in my job descriptions "Other duties as required" so really anything asked I should be doing unless it is clearly another persons job. I put my customers first and will bend backwards to ensure they are looked after.
