Police are searching for three men in Toronto's west end on Monday after a teenage boy was shot on a bus, the second shooting on the city's transit system this year.

Sounds to me that this was a pay back for something that occurred at a earlier time and another place. I hope they do catch the ones involved and they question the kid who was shot too.
