What do you think about the recently discovered "Psychedelica Fish" or "Psychedelic Fish" or "Indonesia Psychedelic Fish"? It has bright colors, bobs on the sand and has frontal vision. Scientists say its a new species.

I have to think that if this is some new discovery or new breed then we are still seeing the evolution of fish to possible mammals.
