I'm watching: Flo & Kay Savant Twins on TLC. If twins are born both with autism and the exact same savant skills as in the case of Flo & Kay then is this evidence of Autism being genetic and not random?

They did not mention if the girls are identical twins or fraternal, right? There are cases though of one twin being autistic and the other not.
