CHOWTAL singing competition a success
The National Phagwa Council of Trinidad and Tobago in association with 103FM held a successful Chowtal and Ulaara singing competition on March 1 at the Bamboo Shiv Mandir, Bamboo Settlement number two. This year saw 16 groups from throughout the island competing for over $40,000 in prize money as well as trophies and other special prizes. Ref. Source 8
