BROOMFIELD, Colo. - Kelseigh Schneider started stepdancing after she and her mom decided she needed more exercise. "Irish dancing is the most cardiovascular," said the 19-year-old, a member of Heritage Irish Stepdancers. "Also, it's nice that you only have to worry about your feet." Ref. Source 5
