Victim Bailed Rapist

If I was this girls parents I would be talking to the police to make sure that this guy is given a restraining order to keep him farther away from my daughter. I would also walk my daughter to her activities to make sure this idiot does not try anything more with her. This shows how bad society is getting if the police and the courts can not ensure that a sexual predator is not released less than 500 meters from their victims home.
