I was watching a documentary about the growing presence of Gang in Oakland. In fact during the filming one rival gang drove up and started shooting bullets into the van of enemy gang members. These kids do not last lng, death is around the corner. If you are from the Oakland area please share your thoughts about the problems of gangs there.
