Can you get someone to pray on your behalf if you have no time to pray?

My son and I think that you can ask others to help and pray for you but you still need to pray to. After all it is you asking your father for help. Many praying together are taken more seriously.

It seems that if you have enough time to ask someone to pray for you (calling them up on the phone, driving to meet them, or asking for them to pray for you) then you would have ample time to actually say the prayer yourself.


I believe that time is not necessarily the issue, as much as it is just not having sufficient desire to pray.

No prayer can not be out sourced. You can have people pray for you but you usually do not know of even think about them praying for you salvation. If you have a specific prayer that you need you can ask people to join you in prayer or help you in prayer but the prayer still has to come from you and your heart otherwise your wasting your time.

That is true you can not pray and some one else receive salvation. Can you pray for some one to be saved yes. It also works as God will place things in their lives to give them cause to rethink their ways, followed by the right person to guide them the rest of the way.

More often referred to as seeding I think.

Yes but you want to try to make sure that you plant those seeds into fertile soil. In other words you want to tell the person about god and all he can do for them so they are more receptive of his word and is more likely to grow in the word of God.

If you have no time to pray then I why even bother to ask about outsourcing it? Would you outsource some to talk to your mother or father because you have no time for it?

If you can, yes you can now whether it is worth it or good is another completely matter. Having "no time" to pray does not seem like a reasonable excuse.
