Krakyn that was me a very neutral answer are you like for staying or going?
If we have plenty of day light left I am all for climbing down and taking a back track way to get to the other side unseen. IF it is getting close to night I think we would be safer here for the night and move out in the morning. I believe less chance of a fall in the dark. I asked that JB update us with time of day. Remember they do not know we are here.
Ok It was Morning last time we came we did not see any enemy till we rode into site of the perch we just took out. I am betting replacements are coming just around dark.
We need to read and think of how long it took us to get here from the villiage. Based on that think we have to go back along the south west mountina then through the trees and back a good bit east of the second perch and come up on them well before dark. Keeping an eye on that smoke signal that will die out before we get there raising an alarm I bet. Sorry typing and thinking.
I think Kntoran is right we hold out here wipe out the replacement crew and head to the second becon say 3:00 am wipe them out.
Now the sticky part we still need to walk into that mouth! We know of two more smoke signals there. I hope they are watching to the south and not toward the villiage or we are toast. Once through we are in big do doo as we have to find a place to hide and make raids. Or as sugguested we make over to the second look out wipe them out then stoke up that fire and get a raiding crew out to try and wipe out. This is best done from the west perch I think as it is closer to kiding places in the tree line. I think fighting them from high is better then low flat ground or trapped in that mouth. They come out we shoot arrows from hiding.
Hope this helps.
Alright sounds like a good plan to me. I'll look out to see what JB says about time of day and then I guess you'll update the post to suit so we move on.
Here is what I am thinking, Let me know what you think or ideals to this. Since it is about 2 pm.
We all keep a eye on the chace that a relief is coming. We wait for dusk and then make sure fire is still burning good. At this time we will start climbing down. We want to get down the mountain at dark allowing us to attack the eastern camp so the mouth is no watched from the north. We are using the dark to get to the path up to the eastern camp while remaining unseen.

ooc: Just got notification and saw JB 2 PM so that gives what 4 to 5 or even 6 hours of daylight? I think we have time to get down get across to the other side and it can back up the mountain before night what do you think? I feel it is better than staying here and just waiting.
I'm with Pundit on this. If the idea is to take out replacements then we'll like meet them on the way down or on the way up which ever it is.
