Issues Affecting The Caribbean
On March 10, Congress passed a bill containing provisions that will relax travel, trade and remittance provisions within existing legislation, in a move toward implementing the pledges made by Presidential candidate Barack Obama while on the campaign trail. The House had passed the bill on February 25.
