I was watching a feature on TV6 about Smoked Bonito. Has anyone ever eaten Smoked Bonito in Trinidad? It seems the process involves salting and smoking the fish and then serving it with other local foods.
I never tried it but based on the amount of salt they seem to add to this fish, I won't be eating it. I think the population of Trinidad has enough diabetes, they need to eat healthier!
