I hope they remove this child from good from this home and he can be adopted by loving people who can take good care of him.

| Jasper County Sheriff Mitchell Newman told KFDM-TV that Tamara Jones has been charged with endangerment of a child by criminal neglect and possession of a controlled substance. Neighbors reported the wandering toddler Tuesday afternoon, and a deputy tracked down Jones.
