Reports are a team of workers from Gopaul and Company were attempting to turn along Beckles Street, when one of the loaders spotted the body lying face-up on the roadside. The discovery was made around 6 a.m., said Michael Frection, the loader who first saw the body. "First time in my life that I see a body with gunshot wounds," Frection said yesterday. Ref. Source 8
