After a bitter and gruesome campaign, elections are over in Antigua and Barbuda with the incumbent United Progressive Party (UPP) back in power with a very narrow margin. Like other elections, not only in the twin island state, but the Caribbean as a whole, the post mortem has revealed a lot of causations.
