Introduction Nighthawk

Thank you, thank you. I almost lost it there at the end. Renee was posting all over the place, but you all know how much I can write when I get going.

Update:
Actually, I was trying. I want to see if I can't beat some of you in the arcade.

My congratulations too Nighthawk. I probably could have won it but my pizza was getting cold. laugh.gif Really, great job, it's nice to know that there is someone who can out talk me. I know when I've been beaten by the best. I tip my hat to you sir.

Nighthawk, thank you for sharing your experience at the synagogue! I've always been curious, but never brave enough to go -- I always thought I'd be kicked out for being goya or shiksa or whatever... Gentile, anyway.

Yes, Nighthawk has been secretly trying to win games before anyone notices, but he has a lot to catch up on before his picture will be seen laugh.gif. Besides Nighthawk is more of an old style Arcade kind of player and so the Premium and Plus games will give him some trouble wink.gif

Are you sure about that? I am moving through a few of them. I was up to 10 games already a day or so ago!

Thanks to all for making me Moderator of the Month again.

I am in a bit of a quandry. In order to make things easier for the Architect and his system, I unsubscribed to all the topics (but maintained subscriptions to forums). I figured that I could just use the "Hot Topics" button at the top of each page. But the results of that search don't necessarily point out whether there has been activity on a topic since I last looked at it. I guess that I am not sure how much I trust it.

Can anyone tell me if it really makes any difference whether or not I use topic subscriptions? I probably had over 200 of them.

If it makes a difference to whom? You or the Architect? I don't particularly like having 50 emails from separate topics. Particularly if I'm online while people are posting, I find that a lot of the notices are for replies that I've already read, but the notice is sent anyway. I *do* like the notice feature, but I haven't tried just subscribing to forums rather than individual topics.

The "Hot Topics" search works pretty well and shows new posts since my last visit; but I've been having trouble with cookies lately, and I'm getting page after page of new "hot topics" that I've already read.
